Job Description:
The Senior Architect will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to junior architects, interior designers, and draftsmen, as well as driving excellence in design conceptualization, development, technical coordination, and documentation processes.
The successful candidate will possess a recognized Degree in Architecture and registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore, as well as demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A proven track record of managing projects from initial concept through to construction completion is essential, as well as proficiency in design and documentation software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are also required, as well as professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
