To ensure Radisson Hotel Group brand standards are met for hotel facilities in design, construction, renovation/refurbishment, and operational effectiveness. Ensure the program for TOD/renovation is maintained and the Technical Services Agreement delivery and follow-up for assigned projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in architectural and/or interior design roles is preferred. Experience in healthcare interiors is an advantage.
- Well-versed in design, CAD, and 3D modelling software and technologies such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, BIM software (Revit), Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Revit is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
