Overview

To ensure Radisson Hotel Group brand standards are met for hotel facilities in design, construction, renovation/refurbishment, and operational effectiveness. Ensure the program for TOD/renovation is maintained and the Technical Services Agreement delivery and follow-up for assigned projects.

• Participates in the development and ensures compliance with architectural, landscape, interiors, and construction standards for the various brands aligned with RHG product standards.
• Provides resources and support to facilitate compliance with standards.
• Implements and manages TSA processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Liaises with owners and their representatives, consultant design teams and construction teams during project development and construction process leading up to TOD or completion of renovation/refurbishment works.
• Recommends preferred consultant teams to new and renovation projects.
• Reviews project designs and assists designers to develop designs in line with brand positioning and brand DNA.
• Reviews project timelines.
• Reviews progress of all projects and oversees project coordination activities.
• Coordinates project activities and attends meetings to suit project schedules.
• Supports the development process to achieve expansion objectives by:

a) Review, inspection and due diligence reporting of proposed greenfield and existing properties for conversion to brand-specific properties

b) Participating in presentations to owners, developers and other interested parties.

• Supports new and conversion hotel projects by managing the design and construction processes utilizing effective communication and coordination of all parties:

a) Providing expertise and information to contractors, architects, designers, engineers, and other constituents

b) Coordinating and making recommendations regarding the use and selection of contractors, architects, designers, engineers, etc.

c) Ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational effectiveness by reviewing and approving plans and recommending corrections or modifications throughout construction.

Regular travel required to attend project meetings including:

Develop designs, taking into consideration technical aspects, relevant codes and standards, and good practices, providing inputs for technical resolution
• Drafting & Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using 3D modelling, Revit, and other design software. Prepare presentations to clients, using graphic and design software.
• Material and Finish Selection: Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design intent and project requirements. Preparing drafts of material specifications and schedule of finishes

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in architectural and/or interior design roles is preferred. Experience in healthcare interiors is an advantage.
• Well-versed in design, CAD, and 3D modelling software and technologies such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, BIM software (Revit), Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Revit is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organised, meticulous, enjoys problem-solving
• Creative with good aesthetic judgement
• Possesses sound industry knowledge
