Your Role

The Requirements

- Be conversant in British & Singapore Design Standards
- Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Expertise in CAD software (i.e. AutoCAD) and BIM software (i.e. Autodesk Revit) is crucial. Other modelling and rendering programs with same level of expertise (i.e. Sketchup, Enscape, Vray, etc).
Knowledgeable in construction management software (i.e. ACC)
Interpret and understand design data, construction methodologies and perform quality checks
Capable of analysing design and technical specifications to resolve engineering problems efficiently
Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
