• Prepare and compile costing for building and interior works
• Attend all design consultations and site meetings
• Prepare high standards of 3D and AutoCAD Drawings, Material Boards
• Prepare schedule of finishes and project management schedules

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will assist lead designers in design development and coordination tasks, including attending client meetings and site visits as needed. They will also review and refine design proposals with the design manager or lead designer.

Additionally, the Interior Design Assistant will be responsible for assisting with budget management, cost control, and vendor negotiations, as well as maintaining project documentation and preparing reports.

• Diploma or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial interior design.

Job Description

As a Marketing Design Assistant, you will be responsible for creating visual assets that bring our brand to life.

• Design & Visual Storytelling: Support the creation of packaging, in-store collaterals, gift boxes, and social media content. Prepare artwork and dielines for production, and help with print mockups when needed.
• Content & Creative Production: Assist with lifestyle photoshoots and product shoots. Create simple video content for social media, such as Instagram Reels or product teasers.
• Brand Activations & Marketing: Help out at pop-ups or events with setup, content capture, and light hospitality. Work with the team on seasonal campaigns and cross-collaborations.

We are looking for someone with:

• A portfolio that showcases strong design fundamentals and an eye for layout, typography, and color.
