Our client is searching experienced Project Architect with 8-10 years of professional experience to join our team in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading the architectural design and management of residential projects in Singapore, being able to independently lead client engagement, regulatory approvals, design development and project execution. An ideal candidate would have at least 8 years of experience in Singapore. The candidate should have a keen interest to work and learn how to apply a Design & build framework for residential projects.
They offer a high degree of autonomy in a collaborative work environment. They are looking for a long-term team member to define our design identity in the residential space.

Responsibilities- Lead the architectural design & build process from concept through completion, ensuring the project aligns with client expectations & regulatory requirements.
- Preparing planning applications and other regulatory application procedures;
- Coordinate project management activities, including timeline, budget, and resource management, to achieve project objectives with our in-house teams
- Drive the design development phase, ensuring both creative and technical excellence in all architectural plans and documentation.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Actively communicate design concepts and project progress to clients through both presentations and detailed reports.
- Conducting site visits to check on progress, and resolving problems or coordination required with subcontracted works
- Carrying out defect inspections
Developing and collating design standards and SOPs with other Senior Architects
Requirements- Master or Bachelor of Architecture equivalent (Recognized by BOA)
- Registration with BOA an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred experience in design or project management of landed residential projects (New Erections)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Revit and/or Lumion
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials
- Capacity to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
