About the Role:

Qualifications:

This is a Vice President level position within the Attorney - Product/Business Advisory.

• Advising on a wide range of derivative and structured transactions with a commodities underlying.
• Providing legal advice on new/existing products, including secured hedging transactions, structured note issuances with a commodities underlying or structured commodity derivatives trade.
• Assisting with legal questions that arise in the negotiation of various commodities master trading agreements, and any negotiation arising in respect of bespoke transaction confirmations.
