About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our trading team as an Entry-Level Derivatives Trading Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in derivatives, quantitative analysis, and financial markets. The role offers hands-on exposure to derivatives trading, market research, and the application of AI and large language models (LLMs) in strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute trading instructions for derivatives, forward/futures contracts, and other financial instruments in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Collect, structure, and maintain fundamental and technical data on assigned products, tracking global supply-demand dynamics, geopolitical events, and macroeconomic trends.
- Conduct market research and prepare daily and weekly reports to support position-taking and trading strategy formulation.
- Maintain real-time portfolio positions to assist in pricing, risk monitoring, and portfolio valuation.
- Reconcile executed trades with broker statements and confirmations on a daily basis.
- Accurately record and report all derivatives transactions and performance results.

- Leverage AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance algorithmic trading, automated trade execution, market analysis, strategy development, and backtesting.
- Participate in internal training programs and perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial markets, derivatives, and trading.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, market data tools, and financial modeling is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Python, VBA, or other programming languages is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
