About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Department Head to lead our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, deployment, and scheduling of departmental functions. This includes ensuring adequate resources and efficient operation of the department.

Main Responsibilities
The Department Head will oversee the development and implementation of risk management contingency plans to ensure smooth operation of the department. They will also implement display guidelines and planograms to enhance customer experience and lead special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements, planning, arranging, and meeting schedules, and monitoring results.

  • With defence satcom experience will have added advantage
  • With strong track records including experience and demonstrate leadership virtues in leading a team of >60 staffs
  • Relevant project management and operations experience
  • Align to company business goals and vision
  • Result driven in delivering assigned Division's P&L KPIs
  • People orientated in managing staffs
  • Team player and able to deliver under tight deadline and impromptu situation
  • Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
