This role requires technical proficiency, commercial insight, and domain knowledge in healthcare to effectively manage the end-to-end project sales cycle, from initial client engagement through to post-installation support.

- Gain a deep understanding of client needs, facility constraints, and project timelines to recommend suitable healthcare infrastructure and equipment solutions.
- Promote a comprehensive portfolio of solutions, including Operating Room (OR), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Endoscopy, and Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) systems and turnkey offerings.
- Solution Selling
- Deliver consultative, value-based sales by providing tailored solutions that incorporate design planning, equipment specification, and workflow optimization.
- Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, endoscopy nurses, sterile processing teams, procurement personnel, facility managers, and biomedical engineers.
- Lead or support the development of tender submissions for public (e.g., GeBIZ) and private sector opportunities.
- Prepare and coordinate comprehensive proposal documentation, including technical compliance statements, product brochures, layout drawings, and pricing.
- Ensure all submissions adhere to Singapore's Ministry of Health (MOH) procurement policies and HSA regulations, where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., project management, engineering, logistics) to ensure timely and successful execution of awarded contracts.
- Participate in site surveys, pre-installation planning meetings, and project handovers.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and infection control standards, including those set by HSA, NEA, and JCI.
- Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and client engagement records using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of experience in project sales or capital equipment sales within Singapore's healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of hospital project lifecycles, including tendering procedures (e.g., GeBIZ) and healthcare infrastructure planning.
- Proven track record working with or selling to major public healthcare clusters (SingHealth, NUHS, NHG) and/or private hospitals (e.g., Parkway, Farrer Park, Raffles).
- Familiarity with international healthcare brands and turnkey solutions for Operating Theatres (ORs) and Central Sterile Services Departments (CSSDs).
- Exposure to integrated operating room technologies and digital endoscopy systems is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of medical equipment used in ORs, ICUs, Endoscopy units, and CSSDs (e.g., washer-disinfectors, sterilizers).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, technical, and administrative teams.
- Strong understanding of Singapore healthcare regulations and standards, including MOH guidelines, infection control protocols, and JCI accreditation requirements.
