We are seeking an experienced and diligent Dental Assistant to assist our dentists with various treatments and patient care.

• Support dentists with all forms of treatments, ensuring patient comfort during treatment
• Manage front desk reception duties, including patient registrations and claims submission
• Prepare dental materials for treatments and maintain stock levels
• Maintain the upkeep and sterilization of dental equipment
• Promote a professional and tidy appearance of the clinic
• Conduct routine inventory checks and update supplier invoices
• Supervise junior nurses and work with the Principal Dentist/Owner on standard operating procedures
• Create purchase requisitions and inform the Principal Dentist/Owner on ordering requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in administrative work, inventory management, infection control, customer relationship management, data entry, and dental assisting. Effective communication and independent working as part of a team are also essential.

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and materials for dental procedures

• Some healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
