Your Focus
As a Demand Planner you will be responsible for developing an accurate demand forecast and supporting the IBP process for region. Be the advocate for the demand principle to the organization.
How You Will Contribute
- Accountable for understanding all sources of demand.
- Develops an accurate demand forecast at the appropriate levels, horizons, and intervals.
- Supports the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Product Line Managers.
- Be an advocate of demand principle to the Business Unit and Sales organizations.
- Accountable for the Demand process and continually improving output, accuracy and bias using MyBIS reporting.
- Reviews Statistical run and sets statistical profiles (Single Exponential Smoothening or Naïve Forecast), including the setting of Seasonality Indexes.
- Applies the differentiation tools in MyBIS to determine which Characteristic Value Combinations (CVCs) to run on statistics (predictably) and Sales Manager Input.
- Maintains the cleaned sales history by removing Outliners and is responsible for the maintenance CVCs in SAP_APO.
- Validates and maintains Dollarization Indexes using the MyBIS Market intelligence price (MIP) tool.
- Supports the Demand Management to prepare (GAP) analysis, Price Volume Currency analysis; and captures action items.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service, Marketing, or other related discipline or has related professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer facing and/or supply planning roles.
- Experience working with SAP APO or SAP IBP. Business Warehouse experiences would be an advantage.
- Analytical and reporting skills with the ability to understand statistical forecasting models and algorithms.
- Proficiency in English communication skills, additional proficiency in Chinese will be advantageous for communication with Stakeholder based in China.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multi-functional- and cultural team environment.

Responsible for overall forecasting, purchasing, & shipment and oversee LG and channel PSI operation. Provide all the analysis in order to manage S&OP well and follow up with sales & marketing team to ensure that proper planning procedures are being applied.
Responsibilities:
1. Demand Planning & Analysis
- Develop weekly / monthly PSI analysis report and communicate with Sales & Marketing to review sales and inventory status.

2. KPI Management

- Update and analyze channel PSI (Sell out analysis) and review overall forecasting
4. Managing EOL/NPI products
- Be aware of PRM and keep track of EOL / NPI sales & inventory status.
5. Inventory Management
- Monitor and check Long term inventory and DIO regular basis to optimize inventory level
6. Shipment Plan and monitoring shipment
- Monitor shipment plan and shortage for respective product in order to reduce supply issue and optimize inventory level
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration or Logistics.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in SCM, Inventory planning, Order management.
- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal/communication attitude.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
