JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Good vision is a basic human right. Yet, uncorrected poor vision affects 1 in 3 people around the world. That's at least 2.5 billion people.

90% of them live in base-of-the-pyramid (BoP) regions with no access to and no awareness of vision care, preventing them from reaching their full potential.

As the global leader in vision care, EssilorLuxottica sees it as our responsibility to help eliminate uncorrected poor vision in a generation, creating rural optical points in BoP areas and bringing affordable products to BoP consumers.

Your role will involve supporting the team to create awareness and engagement programs that educate BoP consumers on the importance of good vision, and encourage them to visit the rural optical points we have created to get their eyes checked.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Support the end-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns / projects (e.g. digital marketing and branding efforts) to increase the awareness of good vision and enhance brand perception
  • Assist country teams by providing marketing support for ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through proactive outbound prospecting, nurturing leads, and supporting business development efforts. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a key role in mentoring and training junior staff, fostering a high-performing demand generation team.

This is a part time roll but has flexibility to become a full time role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage potential B2B prospects, qualifying them based on predefined criteria.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Identify and nurture high-quality leads and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Business Development Support:

  • Collaborate with the business development team to enhance lead conversion and improve sales pipeline performance.

  • Provide insights on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies.
  • Assist in developing demand generation campaigns in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Mentoring & Training:

  • Support and coach junior team members in best practices for prospecting, objection handling, and lead qualification.

  • Conduct training sessions to improve team performance and knowledge of demand generation strategies.
  • Act as a point of escalation and provide guidance on complex lead generation challenges.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, reporting insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Ensure CRM data integrity by accurately logging prospect interactions and tracking lead progression.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in outreach scripts, call strategies, and engagement processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in tele-based demand generation, inside sales, or outbound lead generation in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or leading a sales/demand generation team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. (e.g., Salesforce, Drift, Outreach)
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-channel demand generation tactics, including email and social selling.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) principles.
  • Technology savvy and ability understand complex IT solutions.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Omnichannel Demand Generation Lead to develop and execute a holistic, data-driven strategy to drive consumer demand and revenue across all channels in the Asia-Pacific region. This is a pivotal role in bringing to life our omnichannel demand capabilities across the division and driving demand generation for strategic initiatives within the region. The successful candidate will be hands-on and responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that spans across online and offline channels. As one of the key drivers of growth, you will focus on leveraging data, AI and technology to create personalized and impactful omni-experiences that accelerate business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Strategy & Execution:: Develop a comprehensive omnichannel demand generation strategy with the Commercial Departments for the region, focusing on key strategic priorities.

  • Regional Capability Building: Act change agent for omnichannel demand generation within Asia Pacific. This involves working with the division and hubs/subs teams to upskill, provide best practices, and introduce new capabilities and technologies to enhance their marketing effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, creative, digital, and regional marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of media strategies with overall marketing initiatives. Work closely with our Customer development teams to ensure seamless omni-channel campaigns.

  • Technology & Innovation: Identify and champion the adoption of new marketing technologies and platforms (MarTech) that can enhance our omnichannel capabilities. Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we maintain a competitive edge. Able to leverage the online and offline consumer data & insight to identify the key shopper behavior and generate business opportunities.

  • Content & Creative Oversight: Guide the creation of compelling content and creative assets that resonate with target audiences across different channels and stages of the buyer's journey. Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all campaigns.

About You

  • Throughout your career you would have demonstrated your ability to build and lead social media brand, content / community, and paid media strategies (including KOL and Influencer management) to drive business growth and build brands
  • You have deep understanding of, and outspoken opinions on, the latest trends, technology, and learning cases from around the world that we should apply to our brands in APAC

  • Strategic & Tactical Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and execute a holistic demand generation strategy from the ground up. Hands-on experience with a wide range of marketing channels, including paid search, social media, SEO, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with a track record of influencing and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, marketing automation dashboards) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

They are strengthening their regional digital marketing team and are looking for a Demand Generation and ABM specialist to be based in the Singapore office. You will be a part of our APAC Digital Demand Marketing team and will be working with various marketing teams to conceptualize, create and build customized multi-touch email marketing campaigns, and targeted ABM programs. Job Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and craft email campaigns, including developing and building email HTML, reporting, database management, and list segmentation with strong change management skills
  • Develop and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns. Developing strategy, stakeholder alignment, and project management
  • Proactively maintain the data integrity of our email database, establish email flow rules and implement operational workflows to regularly scrub the database
