The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support for operational events and business-as-usual ICT issues
- Troubleshooting network-related incidents and resolving user-reported problems
- Managing ICT equipment lifecycle, including inventory, asset tracking, and disposal
- Administering user accounts and inventory management systems
- Supporting mobile plans, subscriptions, and budgeting for ICT resources
- Working with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver operational outcomes
- Ensuring readiness and deployment of ICT systems
- Maintaining network control centre/room
- Complying with SOPs and Whole-of-Government ICT policies
- Participating in audit, budgeting, and procurement-related activities
- Assisting in project coordination and event planning
