Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to France on customer satisfaction, including the progress of product roll-outs and the identification of potential developments to be investigated in France.
• Anticipating and warning of impending crisis situations.
• Supporting sales campaigns (products and services) in line with the sales policy.
• Accurately reporting all operational elements in dedicated IT tools.

- A BAC+5 qualification in Engineering or any other related degree.

- Strong interest in defense, desiring participation in product development and international customer contact.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer skills, essential for daily local customer contact and remote contact with France to ensure synchronization with the development team based in France.

Operational Acumen: In-depth understanding of the quote-to-cash cycle and its various stages.
