Job Description Summary

  • As the leader of the DL4 steering team, you are responsible for overseeing the FE Defense Line 4 outgoing defense line and ensuring accountability for Late Event Metrics.
  • Set the direction for all DL4/QA-related SWAT activities, establishing a vision and overall strategy for the team.
  • Engage in post-mortem analyses of excursion events to uncover systemic root causes and detection gaps, applying a shift-left mindset to develop innovative defense line solutions, particularly in DL4.
  • Identify and assign systemic gaps from post-mortem analyses to various SWAT teams under DL4 to derive solutions.
  • Proactively collaborate with site Quality Teams to align and support site objectives while upholding the highest quality standards, championing strong cross-functional partnerships as a visible leader and the voice of quality.
  • Work closely with SMAI and IT partners on network QM projects, from idea conception to deployment.
  • Provide strong leadership to motivate and inspire your team, setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Engage in global alignment teams to identify opportunities for improvement and work together to create innovative solutions to enhance overall network capability.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related engineering field.

Work you'll do:
Identifies and mitigates cyber risks by assessing systems, networks, and applications for vulnerabilities. They simulate real-world attacks, document findings, and provide security improvement recommendations. Staying updated on cybersecurity trends, they collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive security strategies.
Conduct security assessments on systems, networks, and applications.
Simulate cyber attacks to identify system vulnerabilities.
Typical security testing activities include: Software/Web Application/Web Services penetration testing; Network Penetration Testing; Mobile Application Penetration Testing; Thick Client Penetration Testing
Develop and execute penetration testing methodologies.
Prepare detailed reports on the findings of penetration tests.
Recommend and implement improvements to security policies.
Stay updated with the latest penetration testing tools and techniques.
Train staff on security awareness and procedures.
Collaborate with IT staff to improve system security.

Strong understanding of common vulnerabilities and exploits.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, CREST) are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and produce content to tight timelines.
Ability to self-manage, prioritizing a variety of tasks.
