Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Operations Manager to lead our service department in providing exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high-quality services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of the service department.
- Supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Plan and manage vehicle input and output, including assigning technicians for servicing.
- Conduct site deficiency briefs in the absence of the officer-in-charge.
- Support recovery operations within and outside the base.
- Attend meetings with the officer-in-charge to discuss operational challenges and resolve issues.
- Monitor spares required and ensure they are available when needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of ISO-related management systems.
- Professional certification, such as a diploma or degree, is required.

- Support the Service Survey Department (SSD) operation, especially transport of tools and ship equipment from workshop to Marina South Wharf/Penjuru Terminal/Jurong Port/PSA etc.
