Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all legal, licensing, and company policies to maintain the highest operational standards.

- Support the submission of reports, applications for subsidies/grants, and withdrawals while ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Accurately update new student information into CMS and Taidii systems.
- Partner with the Finance team on collections, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Manage procurement needs for the centre—from teaching resources to daily essentials—by raising purchase orders.
- Minimum O-Level qualification in administration or related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate constructively with colleagues, parents, and external partners.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with ECDA requirements will be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
