  • Develop and maintain ERD and schema of CIM databases
  • Design, develop, implement and maintain CIM database applications and scripts
  • Design, develop, implement and maintain database processes and workflow
  • Monitor data integrity and performance of CIM database and interfaces
  • Develop and coordinate reporting structures and interfaces to support reporting requirements
  • Provide support to maintain 24x7 uptime for CIM applications and databases
  • Work closely with System Administrators and DBAs to ensure system availability, stability and performance
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related fields with at least 3 years of working experience in CIM related fields

Job Purpose

The primary focus of this position is to support and maintain the HRIS system in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. Qualifications

  1. At least 4 years of configuration and testing experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Workday would be at an advantage.
  2. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors cloud application, specifically Employee Central, Succession, and Career Development Planning would be at an advantage.
  3. Understand relation of data within Employee Central and how it interacts with other modules.
  4. One to two years of project management experience.
  5. Experience with successfully working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Performance Management, Goals Management, and Continuous Performance Management modules.
  2. Experience implementing a new HRIS.
