Responsibilities:
- Database administration and support
- Data gathering, entry and maintenance
- Gathering requirements and testing of database features
- Co-ordination and liaison with relevant stakeholders
- Marketing administration and logistical support as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is advantageous
- A minimum of at least 2 years of related working experience
- Demonstrated background in marketing co-ordination and team administration support
- Excellent analytical and organisation skills
- Articulate in both verbal and written communications
- Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting
- Strong time management, organisational skills and highly attentive to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
