We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with Extensive experience (ideally 10+ years) of hands-on experience in developing reports, building interactive dashboards, and delivering data solutions. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong technical background in BI tools, data modeling, and analytics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in data governance, ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of our data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality BI solutions.
  • Build and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through validation and quality checks.
  • Partner with data engineering and IT teams to integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, cloud platforms, APIs).
  • Implement best practices in data visualization and storytelling to enhance user adoption and understanding.
  • Contribute to data governance initiatives, including defining data standards, policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools, data discrepancies, or performance bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (ideally 8+ years) of proven experience in developing reports and building dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and working with Databricks is a big plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Python/SQL for data analysis or automation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on usability and performance.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in data governance, including establishing data quality frameworks, metadata management, or compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Certification in BI tools (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI) is a plus.
