Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandise Operations Associate with a focus on SKU setup to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring that products are accurately entered into our inventory management system and are readily available for sale across various channels. The ideal candidate will process strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- SKU set-up and maintenance in the inventory management system.
- Verification of SKU data accuracy in various operating systems.
- Creation/Maintenance of Item Master foundation information (Merchandise Hierarchy, Attributes, Differentiators).
- Ensure all product information is accurate, and proactively address discrepancies.
- Support and coordinate Merchants, Inventory Management, DC, and Call Center requests.
- Work closely with the Merchandise Operations Lead and cross-functional teams.
- Allocate task effectively, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide timely responses to SKU-related inquiries and ensure efficient issue resolution
- Coordinate/Change/Confirm Shipping methods by working with Merchants and the DC
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in SKU management.
- Administrative tasks as needed.
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail to ensure data integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to track items and work in multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be flexible & able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in the merchandise operations, inventory management, or a related role is highly desirable.

We are seeking multiple full-time Research Assistant(s) who will assist with quantitative data analysis in ongoing projects on the economics and demography of aging, pensions and retirement, as well as health of the elderly. The projects are part of a large 5-year research program (2024-2028) which has collaborators in Singapore and the United States. The Principal Investigator of this project is located at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
The successful candidate(s) must demonstrate competence in quantitative research methods using STATA or R, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Research interest and experience in one or more of the above-listed areas on economics and demography of aging, OR pensions and retirement, OR health of older adults is plus.
This position caters to individuals who are looking to further their skillsets and analytical training to develop a career or pursue further studies in the fields of applied economics or public policy research. As such, we require a minimum of one year of past research work experience as full-time Research Assistant. Please state this work experience clearly in your cover letter. This position is not suitable for fresh graduates or those with part-time/ad-hoc research experience only.
Responsibilities of the full-time Research Assistant(s) include:
