Own and grow a multi‐million‐dollar consulting portfolio across Southeast Asia.
Lead the shaping and selling of strategic data and AI transformation deals—working closely with CxOs and client sponsors.
Translate client ambitions into compelling value propositions underpinned by scalable data platforms and AI‐powered operating models.
Build lasting executive relationships that position us as the trusted advisor for transformation.
Architect and lead large‐scale digital and data transformation programmes that align data, AI, and business reinvention.
Guide clients in designing data‐driven organisations, embedding AI capabilities into their core, and unlocking new sources of value.
Connect strategy to execution—mobilising cross‐functional teams to deliver impactful, agile outcomes.
Develop go‐to‐market strategies, campaign content, and IP for offerings around data strategy, AI operating models, and GenAI‐enabled transformation.
Represent the firm in industry forums and client events, becoming a thought leader in data‐driven transformation.
Build and mentor high‐performing, diverse consulting teams with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
Create a culture of continuous learning and innovation, ensuring we remain ahead of market trends.
Your Profile
Proven track record in consulting, with 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, data strategy, or AI‐enabled innovation.
Commercial leadership: Success in shaping, selling, and delivering large‐scale consulting deals (USD multi‐million), with clear value delivered to clients.
CXO engagement: Deep experience engaging senior stakeholders across industries, with strong storytelling, influence, and negotiation skills.
Transformation expertise: Comfort navigating across strategy, design, and delivery—simplicity and business‐oriented outcomes.
Innovation mindset: Passion for applying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, data platforms, automation) to solve business problems creatively.
It Would Be a Bonus If You Have
Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and AI platforms.
Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector).
Regional experience across Southeast Asian markets.
