To support the successful delivery of the Data Transparency program, a strategic digital transformation initiative involving the greenfield implementation of Cloud Data & Analytics platform . The role focuses on day-to-day project execution, cross-team coordination, and delivery support from the business side, working alongside IT and vendor project managers to ensure milestones are achieved on time and with quality
What will you do?
The holder of this position will be primarily responsible for the following activities in close coordination with the Business Lead:
• Coordinate and manage the execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), resource trackers, and timelines.
• Support the Project Lead in preparing project updates, dashboards, and materials for senior leadership and the steering committee.
• Facilitate and document business requirements, workshop discussions, UAT plans, and change request processes.
• Drive follow-ups on open items, decisions, and action items with respective owners.
• Support planning and execution of user onboarding, change management, and communication efforts.
• Ensure project governance standards are upheld, and documentation is consistently maintained.
• Act as a liaison between Vendor PM, IT PM, and internal business stakeholders.
What will you need?
University degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of project delivery experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in digital/data/BI transformation projects.
• Proven experience coordinating or managing greenfield technology implementations, ideally with GCP, MicroStrategy, or similar platforms.
• Sound understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall), including hands-on experience with Google Workspace tools would be beneficial.
• Excellent command of project documentation standards: project charters, status reports, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and communication plans.
• Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills - able to influence across business and technical teams.

What you will be working on:
Develop data structures and management plans• Coordinate data integration and research projects managed by the unit• Coordinate and participate in data and technological projects to transform, enhance and develop new processes and systems• Reviewing current knowledge management structures and data types managed in the unit• Leverage existing platforms and explore new platforms for data storage and management• Generate streamlined processes for data storage and management• Pilot and refine the processes and protocols based on feedback, including to troubleshoot implementation barriers• Communicate new processes and protocols to all key stakeholders in HTPD and the broader Home Team (HT) psychology community• Align data structures and management processes with prevailing Ministry and national data management requirements, and guidelinesLeverage on AI tools for research data analysis and streamlining of work functions• Consolidate and standardise storage of all psychological and/or research data of varying security and sensitivity classifications• Develop automated processes for updating of database with new datasets• Review current knowledge management structures and data types managed• Leverage existing platforms and explore new platforms for data storage and management• Generate streamlined processes for data storage and management• Pilot and refine the processes and protocols based on feedback, including to troubleshoot implementation barriers• Communicate new processes and protocols to all key stakeholdersConduct human-technology interface research with safety and security implications• Support the conduct of research by adopting advanced data coding and analysis methods to examine the relationship between technology and the mental health and performance of HT officers, as well as the relationship between technology and effectiveness of HT operations• Conduct research on technology trends that present both opportunities and threats to the HT• Support the administrative and logistical requirements of abovementioned research• Produce effective research products that cater to different audience types (e.g., infographics, brief reports, technical reports, PowerPoint slides)Others• Support administrative work that is being undertaken by the Home Team Psychology Division• Any other tasks as directed by the Chief Psychologist, Director, Deputy Director and reporting supervisor
What we are looking for:
Entry Requirements• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and research methods preferred• Basic knowledge of coding preferred• Basic knowledge on data governance and security preferred• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and statistical analysis (e.g., SPSS, R and/or Python)• Adequate writing and communication skills• Strong task and time management skills• Strong analytical and research skills• Strong interpersonal skillsNote: this is a contract role.We wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 30 days upon closing of the advertisement.
