We are seeking an experienced Cloud Storage Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Storage Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and deploying cloud storage solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Your primary focus will be on traditional on-premises storage platforms, cloud service offerings in hybrid cloud environments, and excellent knowledge of AWS storage services. You will also have expertise in merger and acquisition storage migration projects in AWS, Azure, Synology, and Snowball.
You will work closely with our team to design and deploy AWS services using solution design and deployment approach. Additionally, you will be responsible for operational ITIL support processes and managing platform support KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 10-14 years of relevant IT technical experience in enterprise storage solutions, cloud providers, and Merger and accusation
- Hands-on experience leading storage merger and accusation data-migration projects as technical SME, and handling escalations as SME
- Experience with infrastructure, network, or security issues troubleshooting
- Proven experience working and supporting Hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with developing self-services using ServiceNow SRM

- Fulfil ad hoc data requests within specified deadlines, and update alumni LinkedIn profiles and notable alumni lists,
- Work with the team lead and senior executive on recruitment, training, and supervision of student helpers for Blackbaud CRM data updates.
Data & IT Project Management
- Collaborate with units to improve alumni-related IT services.
- Co-lead and coordinate data/IT projects, and manage technical aspects of the alumni portal. Work with internal and external stakeholders.
Operations & Coordination
- Guide and partner with the senior executive in ensuring CRM data accuracy and managing CRM access requests.
- Support data audits and ensure compliance with data privacy policies.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Data Analytics or other related fields.
- Advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and skills in data visualizations
- Familiarity with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), data privacy and governance policies.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in data and database management, or customer or membership-type platforms/app or IT related-projects
- Experience in managing others e.g. junior staff will be advantageous.
