Responsibilities
- Performing Customer Data Management in SAP
- Drive process improvements and system efficiency enhancements
- Being an active part of,
- Processing Customer Data within SAP - MDG following set standards and procedures and within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Troubleshooting, and resolving any discrepancies in Customer Master information between source systems and the Hub
- Actively engaging with Cross Functional Business, and IT teams to resolve Customer Data Management issues
- Generating Reports and Quality Metrics
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Statistics or any discipline
- Min 1 year of experience in managing cross-functional internal customers, with specific experience in utilizing various information management tools
- Have strong analytical skills with ability to learn new technical and non technical processes
- Working knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or RPA
- Research or Data Management experience is an advantage
- Added advantage would be if you had hands-on experiences using SAP
