We are currently seeking a suitable candidate to join the team as an Associate to provide support to the DPO team in developing guidance and monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, contractual obligations as well as internal policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with implementing global policies and d rafting local policies and guidance in the areas of data protection and privacy

• Assist with reviews to ensure privacy and data protection compliance and proactively address potential privacy and data protection issues

• Assist with investigations for data incidents or privacy complaints and undertake reporting and remedial actions as necessary

• Assist with data protection control reviews as part of technology risk assessments

• Assist with data protection consultations

• Assist with developing training material on data protection and privacy

• Assist with periodic internal and external reporting

• Assist with developing and maintaining content on internal data protection portals

• Assist with ad-hoc projects

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in any of these areas – data governance, data privac y, data risk and compliance , IT security, IT audit.

• Be well spoken, resourceful and a team player who has the confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff within the firm.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy

• Possess a high level of resilience and positive work attitude

• Willingness to learn and deliver timely and quality results to internal stakeholders

• Good writing skills (English) is a plus

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Protection Leader to design, implement, and oversee our organization's data loss prevention (DLP) and insider threat initiatives. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional stakeholder management to identify and proactively address key data protection risks while effectively supporting the evolving business needs of our company.

• Lead enterprise insider threat and DLP programs aligned with risk tolerance and compliance

• Define vision, roadmap, policies, and procedures for insider risk and DLP

• Threat modelling to identify high-risk roles, assets, and workflows

• Oversee deployment and tuning of technologies to detect and respond to data exfiltration or policy violations

• Coordinate insider threat investigations with Legal, HR, Compliance, and IT/Security

• Drive implementation and enforcement of data classification, access, and usage policies across systems

• Act as liaison among security, HR, legal, IT, and business teams to strengthen risk mitigation

• Report to senior leadership on threat trends, metrics, and program effectiveness with continuous improvement focus.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or related field
• Around 5 years' experience leading data protection programs for multi-national companies, ideally in the medical device, health care or other regulated industry
• Demonstrated technical experience implementing and operating DLP and insider technologies, including tuning of behavioral analytics
• Knowledge of privacy laws and cross-border data handling especially under GDPR, and preference for familiarity with other key regulatory and security frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, ISO 27001 etc).

• Self-starter with a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving and driving results

The Role

Data Protection Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Manager in the Data Protection Office. This exciting opportunity will provide you with a chance to drive continuous data protection improvements and promote a positive data culture within the organization.

• Assist the Head of Data Protection Office to develop and implement Bank-wide Data Protection policies and procedures.
• Provide advice to stakeholders on initiatives which involve the processing of personal data.
• Conduct data protection assessments, including DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs and TRAs.
• Develop and review data protection documentation such as privacy notices, template data processing and transfer agreements, consent forms and data protection clauses within client and vendor agreements.
• Advice and support negotiations of data processing and transfer agreements.
