- Data Management & Cleaning: Oversee the collection, cleaning, and management of large datasets from the ILTC-IS database for 2024 and 2025.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare annual local-foreign and attrition analyses, and assist with ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analysis relied upon for policy formulation.
- Process Improvement: Review and provide input on ILTC-IS module and SOPs to improve data collection efficiency, and collaborate with IT to develop a new manpower data module on the SuSy platform.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with CCOs via numerous emails and calls to guide them in submitting data returns, and manually collect data from care settings not on the online platform (e.g., AACs).
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including arranging and staffing meetings with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience: Preferred candidate with prior working experience in a similar role.
- Data Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Comfortable with tedious data-cleaning, reconciliation of erroneous data, and data churning.
- Analytical Tools: Good to have additional experience with other analytical tools.
