As a Pricing Analyst within Global Valuation Services team, you will be responsible for capturing and validating security prices used to calculate and submit daily and monthly Net Asset Values (NAVs). You will work closely with various teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Your role is essential in maintaining data quality and supporting the success of our operations.
Job responsibilities
- Capture and validate daily security prices for NAV calculations
- Produce and analyze valuation movements within client portfolios
- Perform daily pricing and validation of all investment assets
- Review price confirmation collection within the department
- Analyze price movements against market expectations
- Provide subject matter expertise support to downstream teams and clients
- Liaise with pricing vendors and brokers to resolve issues and minimize risk
- Complete all tasks and reporting accurately and to deadline
- Resolve client queries promptly and professionally
- Participate in client meetings and escalate issues to supervisors
- Contribute to ongoing developments of the pricing control process
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
- Open to fresh graduates
- Basic knowledge of pricing vendors, such as Bloomberg and Reuters
- Understanding of industry activities, including corporate actions and stock markets
- Ability to understand the impact of price changes on market value
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work under pressure
- Interest in stocks, bonds, options, and financial markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups

The Data Services team supports all business divisions located in Singapore (Foreign Exchange, International Fixed Income, Funding, Global Precious Metals, Trade Finance and Equity Derivatives), on a cross functional basis, by performing the setting up and handling of client data, credit lines, settlement instructions (SSI's), inventories and security data, and also the uploading and managing of market data. **Job Accountabilities:**
+ Responsible for the daily cleansing, analysis and maintenance of reference data in the Asset Control system and for the accuracy of the same data within the source systems.
+ Ensure reference data is set up accurately on TD Securities source systems in a timely manner
+ Ensure that all late or missing reference data uploads and related process metrics are recorded, documented and explained appropriately.
+ Contribute to the broader Global Operations and Business Services group as a subject matter authority
+ Contribute to business objectives for operational excellence - identify, suggest and actively participate in improving standards, policies, procedures, and solutions

Job Description : We are always looking to connect with talented individuals on an ongoing basis. The Data Services team supports all business divisions located in Singapore by performing the setting up and handling of client data, credit lines, settlement instructions, inventories, and security data, and also the uploading and managing of market data.
Job Accountabilities
Responsible for the daily cleansing, analysis, and maintenance of reference data in the Asset Control system and for the accuracy of the same data within the source systems.
Ensure reference data is set up accurately on TD Securities source systems in a timely manner.
Ensure that all late or missing reference data uploads and related process metrics are recorded, documented, and explained appropriately.
Contribute to the broader Global Operations and Business Services group as a subject matter authority.
Contribute to business objectives for operational excellence – identify, suggest, and actively participate in improving standards, policies, procedures, and solutions.
Actively participate in developing, testing, and implementing new or enhanced processes and other process improvement initiatives.
Provide accurate and thorough analysis of key process drivers, root or systemic causes of cross-functional operational issues, interpret findings, and make recommendations.
Ensure internal control processes are adequate and documented appropriately.
Conduct Business Acceptance Tests for system upgrades and patch releases.
Handle first-level escalated issues and provide work guidance as a resource to others.
Contribute to the production of consolidated or aggregated reporting as appropriate.
Coordinate with partners on key initiatives and may act as a project lead/subject matter expert for small-scale projects/initiatives in accordance with project management methodologies.
Requirements
3-5 years of market reference data experience in a middle or back-office function with reporting responsibilities and exposure to various traded securities and derivative products.
Exposure to operational metrics and emerging regulations would be an asset.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and positive attitude.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Bloomberg and Reuters knowledge would be an asset.
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills both verbally and written.
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle high volumes of work in a demanding environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge in Technology tools such as Alteryx/UiPath/VBA preferred.
Working hours will be 9am to 6pm / 12pm to 9pm and on public holidays (on a rotational basis).

This national healthcare programme consolidates and provides patient health data to serve national health needs and supports healthcare professionals to serve their patients better. The programme is part of a national healthcare ecosystem and supports the digitization and connection with other national healthcare programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
Perform daily monitoring / check to ensure the Data Operations is smooth and Data quality is achieved for individual Licensee / Source System / Institution
Take ownership to discuss the Operation Tickets with the corresponding Licensee / Source System / Institution
Responsible for the Ticket Lifecyle from Creation of tickets on new Issues, until closure and ensure the activities are tracked and completed within SLA, with exceptions / deviations being escalated immediately
Support the development and implementation of data quality frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures for NEHR data quality
Design and execute data quality monitoring programmes to identify, track, and resolve data quality issues across participating healthcare institutions
Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, and stakeholders to accomplish the set data quality metrics and KPIs
Support to maintain and provide monthly assessment of data quality dashboards based on various sectors to track improvements and areas requiring attention
Support any audits and assessments of data quality, providing required detailed reports and implement the auditors recommendations and feedback
Should be hands on to run the Power BI, Tableau or similar Low-Code or No-Code tools and generate the reports for weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting
Should be having the understanding and able to follow the prescribed Data Governance and Data Security guideline and principles
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree
At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in Data Analysis, Data Governance and Data Quality assessment for enterprise IT systems
Self-motivated, driven, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
Expert-level SQL and strong Python or JavaScript abilities for data transformation and tool development

Data Pipeline & ETL/ELT Expertise: Track record designing and maintaining data pipelines using frameworks like dbt, Airflow, Talend, or similar
Web Scraping Competency: Comfortable with scraping technologies and libraries, and adept at orchestrating automated scraping workflows
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, translate stakeholder needs, and produce clean, documented data solutions
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent at bridging terminology between technical and business stakeholders. Clear, concise in written and verbal communication
