What the role is

What you will be working on
- Guide business domains (e.g. HR, NS, Corporate & Finance) in mapping out domain-level data strategies

The Role
As Associate Director of Data Sourcing Strategy, you will play a crucial role in executing and supporting the strategic initiatives for acquiring and managing data from a diverse network of information providers (IPs). You will work closely with Sourcing Strategists, Data Strategists, and other internal stakeholders to implement data acquisition plans, manage IP relationships, contribute to strategic projects, and support the overall data acquisition lifecycle. Design and apply machine learning algorithms and product strategies to user‐growth methods to expand product impact and improve users' experiences.
Understand user‐growth instruments and use data and machine‐learning algorithms or other strategies to make it thrive.
Responsible for target audience, automated material production, advertising automation optimization and other related algorithm strategies.
Conduct offline and online experiments, analyze data, and evaluate to improve algorithms and strategies.
Work with product, DEs, DAs, and other engineers to deliver features that drive product user growth.
Qualifications
Excellent coding skills and solid data structure and algorithm skills, proficient in Python / C++ and other development languages.
Familiar with common machine‐learning tools and deep‐learning programming frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit‐learn / XGBoost, etc.).
Relevant algorithm experience in search, recommendation, advertising and other related fields; user‐growth experience is better.
Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills, with a passion for solving challenging problems.
Preferred Qualification: Passion for technology, good communication skills and team spirit.
