We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Communication Systems for military and/or commercial applications. This role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the project to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and fulfillment of contractual requirements.
- Lead and manage the project team, interpreting contracts and extracting essential information for efficient project management.
- Identify contractual system requirements and other deliverables, managing system designs, reviews, and all deliverables.
- Analyze and define project materials and service purchases based on cost optimization and risk management.
- Perform day-to-day coordination, risk management, liaison, control, and supervision of resources, including project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external stakeholders, and customers.
- Conduct external and internal design reviews and project management reviews with customers and stakeholders.

- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in industry.
- Experience in InfoComm Technology.
- Maritime Communication Systems experience is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of project planning, accounting, and reporting tools.
- Able to work in shipyard and shipboard environments.
- Ability to innovate and adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
