Responsibilities
Communicate with internal and external customers
Explain technical information to customers and subcontractors
Development of system architectures and integration with 3rd parties' systems.
Resolve any issues that arise during installation
Understand and read installation manuals and instructions
Design and drafting of cabling installation diagrams
Conduct site surveys to develop deployment plans
Coordinate with other contractors and subcontractors to ensure project completion within time and budget
Supervise teams of subcontractors for installation works including cable containment, support, cabling, racks, and cabinets.
Assist Project Manager on daily and monthly progress for report generation.
Conduct testing and commissioning after successful implementation
Perform maintenance on existing equipment or facilities to ensure proper operation
Qualifications
At least a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in installing or designing electrical and communication infrastructures.
Ability to prepare, draw, and update single-line diagrams
Experience in LTA railway-related projects and knowledge of communication systems.
Open to work permanent night shift due to project needs .

Software Architect for Next-Generation Communication Systems

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to join our team and play a key role in the development of innovative software architectural specifications for communication systems. As a member of our team, you will work closely with engineers to define complex communication system design specifications that meet product requirements and standards.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership throughout software architecture development, ensuring that all aspects of the communication system are well-integrated and meet the required performance, power, and timing specifications.

You will design and validate software development for the communication system, defining and reviewing verification and validation plans to ensure conformance with standards and specifications. Additionally, you will enhance software architectural and design elements by understanding existing hardware modules and identifying areas of improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical engineering or computer science
• Proven ability to thrive in a small, agile engineering team with strong ownership and accountability
• At least 10 years of experience in SW architecture and development for networking or switch SOC and/or communication SOCs
• Strong understanding in SW eco system, chip hardware and system design
• Prior experience driving SW architecture decisions across teams would be highly beneficial
