Our client, one of the leading Data Center companies in the region, is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join their growing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the VP of Sales / C-level executives and take full ownership of named customer accounts.
  • Drive revenue retention, account growth, and profitability through strategic account management.
  • Manage a portfolio of development and maintenance accounts, with accountability for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Solution Architects, Product Support, Service Delivery, Network, and Operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Act as a strategic alliance representative—bridging the company and its vendors to unlock joint business opportunities in hardware (systems, networking equipment, storage) and related value-added solutions.
  • Proactively engage with customers at all levels, ensuring long-term relationship building and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to execute improvement programs that lead to customer retention and expansion of services.
  • Lead business conversations with technology vendors to support joint go-to-market strategies and increase solution adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or any related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in Data Centre sales, with a strong focus on Co-location / Colocation Real Estate
  • Structuring large, multi-year, and profitable contracts
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and managing the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Skilled in navigating complex internal and external stakeholder environments.
  • Experience with legal and contractual aspects of enterprise-level deals.

**About the Role:**
As the Data Center Technician, you will provide on-site support for the delivery and maintenance offacilitiesservices within the Data Center environment. Serve as the first responder to investigate any issues or concerns related to the Data Centerfacilitiessystems.
This role is part of the Critical and Specialized Services job function.
**What** **You'll** **Do:**
+ Ability to work in 24/7 operating environment.
+ Flexible on working hours attendance to work activities occurring in green zone- week end works.
+ Audit support where requiredeg.Site coordination, document preparation.
+ Reports to Data Centre Managers on site. 
+ With in short notice, Mobility on deployment able to perform duty at different sites.
+ Experienced in maintenance of MEPF equipment's - UPSs, Generator, Fire system, leak detection.etc, worked in Data centre colocation environment.
+ Review and access the Root Cause report from vendors and provide Mechanical and Electrical report to client on (chiller, Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC), Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Power Distribution Unit (PDU), Statis Transfer Switches (STS), etc.)
+ Review BMS alarms frompreviousshift and &establishfollow-up.
+ Raising incident reports within the SLA period, notifying stakeholders
+ Arranging PTW, MOS, RA for vendor activities review andsubmitfor approval.
+ Vendor management on PPM and Reactive tasks, gettingtimelyquotations.
+ Manage reactive workorder on day-to-day basis and close them on time within SLA.
+ Incident escalation trough ServiceNow (BIR, problem management) with in 1hr
+ 24/7 offsite support for Breakdown calls and provide site attendance for major incidents.
+ Daily /Periodical Walkthru of site critical plant rooms etc.
+ Monthly & periodical data collection and submission.
+ Grant site access to vendors and/or escort 3rd partiesrequiringData Center access for approved activities. Ensure their compliance with site standards.
+ Support Service Management and related processes (e.g., Service Request, Incident, Change) by creating, updating, approving, and closing associated assigned tickets.
**What** **You'll** **Need:**
Excellent general education is essential, ideally to degree / diploma standard in electrical,
Mechanical or 3-5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferred.
Training in the installation of DC Facilities Infrastructure and Building Management System (BMS), preferred. Experience of leading and motivating a Critical Environment Team.
A proven knowledge of Critical Facility or DC equipment and their components including UPS, PDU, STS, EG, CRAC, CRAH, etc.
A strong understanding of the Data Center environment, and the working restrictions applicable to such environments.
Experience managing outsourced contracts, prior operations management experience including team management, work scheduling, and performance reviews, prior exposure to maintenance scheduling and subcontractor management and supervision, strong understanding of ticketing or workflow management systems and tools, experience of managing escalation and emergency issues, experience in vendor management, ability to manage and monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved for outsourced support and projects.
Practical experience must include recruitment and line management/supervisory experience.
