We are seeking an experienced Primary Market Research Specialist to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) team. This is a 6 month contractual role based in Singapore. This role will focus on supporting the execution of a multi-market and multi-brand primary market research based KPI tracking study. The role requires the candidate to leverage their expertise in market research methodologies and stakeholder engagement to drive impact for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Research Objective Alignment:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of research objectives with business needs.
  • Provide feedback on the research questionnaire and support necessary revisions to enhance clarity and effectiveness.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with vendor partners to guarantee effective fieldwork execution.
  • Develop fieldwork execution plans, ensuring alignment on project timelines and deliverables.

Fieldwork Oversight:

  • Monitor fieldwork progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Supervise fieldwork quality and address any issues that may arise during data collection.

Data Analysis Plan:

  • Collaborate on the analysis plan to ensure alignment with research objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct interim data reviews, validating research data and insights for accuracy and relevance.

Reporting and Insight Generation:

  • Review market research reports for comprehensiveness and accuracy, ensuring insights are actionable for stakeholders.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to address queries and follow-ups, providing timely and informative responses.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and engagement throughout the research process.
  • Actively manage expectations and feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the research lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Biological Science or related fields with mminimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel with deep experience in complex Excel models and large data sets
  • Advanced skills in Power point and presentation skills to concisely and skillfully present market and company data
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across functional areas and markets
  • Self-starter mindset and keen interest in continuous learning and being aware of advances in data visualization
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actional recommendations

Qualifications:

ABOUT THE JOB
Transform raw data using Python, SQL, or Power BI to support data preparation and transformation needs.
Design and build analytical dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI.
Develop scalable cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
Maintain and enhance KNIME workflows and data pipelines for consistent and efficient data processing.
Create and support data applications used by the MA/BDO team for operational and business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Produce demonstration and explainer videos to facilitate user understanding of reporting tools and workflows.
Monitor the performance of data solutions and implement improvements to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
ABOUT YOU
Academic background: engineering schools or universities with specialization in data science or analytics
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
Proven experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
Strong proficiency in DAX and advanced data modeling techniques.
Solid command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and querying large datasets.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Intelligence (BI) Platform Architect with a strong foundation in data management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust BI solutions while ensuring high standards of data integrity, governance, and usability. You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and maintain a reliable data ecosystem that supports strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limit To

BI Development & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting needs.
  • Develop and manage data models and visualizations that support business analysis and operational monitoring.

Data Management & Governance

  • Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems and sources.
  • Define and enforce data management standards, including naming conventions, metadata definitions, and data classification.
  • Collaborate with data owner and IT to manage data cataloging, lineage, and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of master data management (MDM), data cleansing, and data validation rules.
  • Participate in data audits and work to resolve data discrepancies and issues.

Data Integration & Architecture

  • Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines for ingestion and transformation using ETL/ELT tools.
  • Support integration of data from cloud and on-premise sources into centralized data platforms (e.g., Fabric, data lakes, data warehouses).
  • Work closely with IT infra engineers and architects to ensure optimal performance and scalability of data infrastructure.

User Support & Enablement

  • Provide user training and support on BI tools, reports, and dashboards.
  • Create user documentation and data dictionaries for self-service BI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve BI/reporting-related issues.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

Your Role

We are looking for a sharp, business-savvy Business Intelligence Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the strategic bridge between data and the business, translating data into actionable insights, building predictive models, and guiding decision-making at the leadership level.

You will work closely with business stakeholders across functions to uncover hidden trends, tell stories with data, and shape smarter strategies through robust data intelligence.

This role is ideal for someone who is not just technically strong but also curious, commercially minded, and passionate about making data work for the business.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Business to identify key challenges and opportunities, and design analytical solutions that drive impact
  • Build and deploy predictive models and other advanced analytics to forecast trends, behaviour, and outcomes
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and compelling visualizations that tell a story and influence decision-makers
  • Develop dashboards and reports that are meaningful and actionable
  • Monitor performance metrics, uncover patterns, and recommend actions to optimise business strategies
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across all analytics work
  • Stay up to date with trends in analytics, AI, and BI tools, and introduce innovative approaches to how we use data

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in tools like Python/R, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen, you can understand the "why" behind the data
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you make data meaningful to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, operational or senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with an agile and consultative mindset

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst to lead two major digital transformation projects focused on redesigning and optimising financial planning systems (Workday Adaptive Planning) and developing business intelligence dashboards (Tableau).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data visualisation solutions using Tableau.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Relevant experience in Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning features, including sheet building, modelling, and reporting.
  • Experience managing integration between Workday and other systems.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Tableau solutions.
  • Experience working with cloud-based ETL tools.
  • Singaporean citizenship required.
