**職務内容:**
Brokerage Rater supports the processing of the day-to-day brokerage declaration activities. They will perform defined brokerage processes and procedures to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards. Rater will detect irregularities and uses judgment based on regulatory guidelines along with Importing and Exporting Laws to resolve. They will conduct dialogue with customers for any technical information needed to support the customs clearance.
**Job Duties**
+ Conduct declaration assessment
+ Review and interpret shipping documents
+ Support brokerage declaration activities by applying the regulated declaration requirement by assessing shipment details
+ Communicate with customers when necessary to facilitate declaration submission
+ Inform and validate with customers when the amount payable is between the 1st and 2nd level threshold to confirm "OK".
+ Manage notification to F&A when the amount payable is greater than the 2nd level threshold for F&A to collect payment before Customs submission is performed
+ Performs tasks as directed by management
**Job Requirements**
+ Possess at least a Diploma in Customs Brokerage or any other fields
+ Having the SC401 Customs Competency Test for Declarants certificate will be advantageous
+ Familiar with international trade, particularly the laws and regulations related to clearing a shipment across an international border
+ Excellent attention to detail to ensure that all customs declarations are filed correctly and promptly to avoid violations or penalties
+ Problem-solvers with the ability to examine complex issues and circumstances and determine the best way forward for customers
+ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy to ensure adherence to rules and regulations
