The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive new business in real estate, development, and FM services, leveraging existing HG Group client networks.
- Design and roll out integrated service offerings: PM, FM ops, Advisory/Feasibility.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team (PMs, FM operations, consultants).
- Oversee vendor partnerships (cleaning, security, ACMV, landscaping), ensuring high quality and efficient cost.

In this role you will
- Set up Real Estate Services (RES) Team and Projects Meetings, organize the meeting agenda and presentation decks and follow up with respective party responsible in providing updates discussed and are being timely actioned
- Co-ordinate inputs and updates from respective Workstreams for reporting and submission to ASP and Market forums
- Prepares Management Information (MI)
