The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive new business in real estate, development, and FM services, leveraging existing HG Group client networks.
  • Design and roll out integrated service offerings: PM, FM ops, Advisory/Feasibility.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team (PMs, FM operations, consultants).
  • Oversee vendor partnerships (cleaning, security, ACMV, landscaping), ensuring high quality and efficient cost.
  • Set and monitor service delivery metrics; ensure SLA compliance and high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy, pricing models, market positioning.
  • Own vertical's budgeting, forecasts, financial performance; manage P&L.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 8–15+ years in real estate services / facilities management / project management / advisory.
  • Previous experience in handling strata developments, tenancy agreements, vendor management.
  • Strong network in Singapore real estate / construction sector; prior experience in CBRE, JLL, Colliers or similar a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen; strong in preparing budgets, forecasts, variance analyses.
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel; familiarity with property management / CMMS systems a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
