- Input the culinary team schedule using the Time Management System (TMS), Roubler.
- Daily approval and maintenance of culinary leave records and daily shifts using the company e-leave system.
- Assist culinary team members with e-leave system login and initial setup.
- Manage department petty cash.
- Maintain staff uniforms and inform the supplier of;
> Staff on leave (more than 2 weeks) to avoid overcharging

- MBS security pass administration: creation, renewal, and replacement due to loss or damage.
Safety

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Micros (POS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
