We are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Professional to join our healthcare team. As a key member, you will work directly with patients to assist in diagnosing and treating various ailments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Updating patient charts accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining equipment in the radiology centre to ensure optimal performance
• FOLLOWING safety precautions at all times

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Relevant qualifications in radiography or a related field
• A valid R1 license in Singapore, as well as an AHPC license
• Experience in medical imaging modalities such as general radiography, ultrasound, CT, nuclear imaging, and procedural imaging

In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in healthcare and radiation safety is highly desirable

Job Description
A Research Engineer opening is available in the research group of Dr Jin Yueming, at the Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME), National University of Singapore (NUS).
The Research Engineer will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) on one or more research projects.
He/she will be required to:
Construct, analyze the medical imaging data, and define the data analytical tasks, which have the clinical value in the real-world employment.
Develop novel models and algorithms for 2D or 3D medical vision tasks, such as surgical scene segmentation, depth estimation, etc.
Qualifications
Possess a bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Strong self-motivation and curiosity
Higher priority goes to the candidates who have published first-author papers in top-tier journal and conference about medical imaging.
Has good programming skills in one of the programming languages: C/C++, Matlab, Python
Project experience and values excellent teamwork.
Strong written and spoken communications.
Open to fixed-term contract.
