We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Employee Communications and CSR Lead to enhance internal communication, foster employee engagement, and drive the company’s social responsibility initiatives across HQ and markets. This role involves developing and executing compelling employee communication strategies for over 21,000 team members across Singapore, Australia and Qatar, developing and promoting our CSR strategy and programmes in ensuring alignment with the Certis Purpose and corporate values.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Communications
- Drive internal communication strategies to strengthen transparency, alignment, and culture across all markets.
- Lead multi-channel messaging through intranet, newsletters, town halls, videos, and employee apps.
- Partner with senior leaders to craft clear, consistent messages that reflect our Purpose.
- Guide markets and business units to ensure aligned, timely communication Group-wide.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

- Environmental Sustainability Management Program to provide strategic alignment on local regulation of mandatory waste management practices for existing industrial facilities.
- Recommended solutions to the client to decrease energy, waste and resource and align with energy and waste reduction glidepath.
- Monitor variance and process in environmental performance, investigating variances, identifying, and implementing solutions at in scope sites.
- Support of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System reporting and audit on site level.
- Advise on waste and resource variance reporting and tracking with a list of high priority areas and provide the variance report based on those areas.
- Environmental management program for the building to identify, justify, and help implement no/low-cost waste reduction measures at individual sites and facilitate scaling of sustainability initiatives.
Employee Specifics
- University qualified in Environmental Engineering, Science, or other related field, with a minimum 5-year industry experience, ideally working in environmental sustainability in the industrial built environment.
- Experience reviewing and refining technical and commercial aspects of sustainability initiatives in the built environment, preferably in the context of Facilities Management and Construction.
- Strong environmental compliance and knowledge for industrial plant and facilities.
- Strong project planning and environmental management skills and an ability to deliver to outcomes, prioritise and meet deadlines in high pressure environments with competing priorities.
- Experience improving systems and processes to deliver best practice sustainability performance and use of environmental management systems for monitoring and/or reporting purposes.
- Strong ability to think strategically and engage with a range of stakeholders.
