• Proven Fintech Expertise: 5+ years in financial technology, including 3+ years architecting or implementing core banking systems.
• Digital-Asset Track Record: At least 1 year leading live CBDC, stablecoin, or tokenization projects, with hands-on smart-contract development.

• Have a deep knowledge and thorough understanding of AML rules and regulations in Singapore including but not limited to PSN2 notice.
• Direct experience in dealing with the MAS directly for matters such as providing information related to day-to-day operations, AML, audits, adhoc requests, surveys etc. in connection with the PSA MPI (DPT) license.

• Business unit growth : Drive revenue growth and manage overall P&L for the business unit, while managing overall resource planning process to ensure timely delivery
