information between source systems and the Hub

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Statistics or any discipline
- Min 1 year of experience in managing cross-functional internal customers, with specific experience in utilizing various information management tools
- Have strong analytical skills with ability to learn new technical and non technical processes
- Working knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or RPA
- Research or Data Management experience is an advantage
- Added advantage would be if you had hands-on experiences using SAP

About The JobThe Manager, Data Management, is responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and consistency of metadata across the university's data warehouse and other operational systems. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to establish and implement metadata standards, support data governance initiatives and provide training to end-users. Additionally, the Manager will assist in managing data protection and ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The Manager will also serve as a primary point of contact for external data inquiries and requests as well as, coordinating with government agencies.

- Metadata Management: Maintain and update metadata across all data systems to ensure consistency, integrity, and quality.
- Standard Implementation: Work with departments to define and enforce metadata standards and best practices.
- Data Governance Support: Contribute to data governance initiatives, supporting the development and enforcement of policies and procedures.
