DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to Include, But Not Limited To)
- Maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment
- Mechanical areas to include operation and maintenance of multiple components within the HVAC system, plumbing installation/maintenance, generator operations, fire detection and suppression, life safety, temperature control systems, building management systems, and digital systems (including fire alarm, duress, card access, CCTV).
- Electrical responsibilities include plan, implement, coordinate and supervision of all electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management programs for a critical facilities environment. Ensure conformance with all Change control development, approvals and execution.
- Scheduling, development and quality assurance for all preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance, general maintenance.
- Routinely performs all work in strict accordance with governing MOP/SOP/ERP procedures, and maintenance work instructions.
- Operates and monitors critical and non-critical system equipment and components. Oversees work efforts (including 3rd party contractors) for safe and compliant operation, maintenance (corrective and preventive), and modification of critical equipment. Disables and enables fire alarm control panels and systems.
- Receive and execute work orders for preventative and corrective maintenance on critical systems and building physical structure. Consult with Facility Manager or Lead CFT to order necessary materials to complete all maintenance and perform necessary work. Finalize work orders by completing necessary documentation in the computerized maintenance management system.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and customer concerns.
- Monitors building operations and tours properties periodically during scheduled shift.
- Receives work order for Preventative and Corrective maintenance on electrical systems and building physical structure. Consult with supervisors and staff as appropriate to identify and order necessary materials to complete all maintenance and perform necessary work. Finalize work orders by completing necessary documentation.
- Understand the engineering design and operational aspect of all electrical systems.
- Evaluate, assign and monitor the safe work responsibilities and safety procedures capabilities of employees and contractors.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations, develop and communicate and improve ADC’s processes to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- High school diploma and minimum 3-5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical critical facilities support; or 7+ years’ experience as HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician
- Electrical/Mechanical certifications preferred
- Able to work overtime and longer shifts (12 hour)
- Shifts may require work day/night/weekend/holiday
Hourly Pay Range: $35-47/hr

Roles and Responsibilities
- Maximise network performance by monitoring system health, troubleshooting network issues and outages, scheduling upgrades and working with network architects to optimise performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and monitor the performance of electrical and mechanical systems that support critical facility operations.
- Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with approved Method of Statement (MOS) and Risk Assessment (RA) and manage appointed vendors accordingly. Maintenance records must be completed, reviewed, and signed off.
- Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance activities, including vendor service reports and checklists. Ensure these records are complete, accurate and readily available for audits.
- Raise change requests and coordinate with the relevant service management team for submission through the client's system.
- Maintain and regularly update the list of licenses and their expiry dates to ensure timely renewals in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and rectifying system faults, particularly for critical equipment.
- Schedule monthly vendor performance reviews and support client-side stakeholders in evaluating vendor performance.
- Monitor critical spare parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and provide timely updates to client-side stakeholders when restocking is required.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in data centre, semiconductor, oil and gas or other critical facilities.

Job Description
You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Facilities, Data Centre for the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the Data Centre facilities with the objective of achieving uninterrupted availability at all times and to ensure the fulfilment of our service commitment to customers. This role requires you to work on rotating shifts and weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise vendors carrying out maintenance and repair works in the building.
Carry out daily equipment inspections and checklists verification.
Ensure that periodic maintenance works as performed by appointed vendors are executed satisfactorily & in accordance with agreed procedures
Correct and timely provisioning of power and racks for customers.
Process billing of completed Customers Service Requests
Accept and process Equipment Delivery notices from Customers.
Prepare customer monthly progress report and track status of deliverables.
Consolidate, compute and process billing of monthly utility bill.
Deal with Customer requests/complaints in an appropriate & efficient manner, or otherwise escalate to the next level of authority for proper action.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks associated with the maintenance, upgrading, repairs, addition or modification of the facilities, as instructed by the Management.
Maintain CAD drawings for Data Centre & MEP systems, and ensure all documentation is updated.
Provide on-site 24x7 first level response to any M&E incident.
Carry out daily operation and maintenance work orders/tasks safely and accurately.
Provide Remote-Hands services to DC customers.
Install, troubleshoot and de-install Cross-Connects cabling.
Able to handle project fit-out and A & A works.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Integrated Facility Design & Management or relevant discipline
Relevant Data Centre Training such as Uptime Institute, DCD, EPI or CNET Data Centre courses
At least 2 years of experience in working in similar role in critical environment facilities.
Possess technical knowledge in facilities management preferably in Data Centre environment
Willing to do shift work.
Ability to respond to onsite inquiries on 24x7 basis as necessary preferred
Able to read electrical, mechanical and single-line diagrams and as-built drawings
Able to write SOPs, MOPs and EOPs correctly
Facility project planning and management is preferred
AutoCAD familiarity is desired

Purpose:
- Lead a Data Centre team to operate and maintain our critical DC infrastructure and facilities, and ensure 100% availability of services
- Comply with all SLAs, including legal, budget and audit requirements
- Manage stakeholders and achieve corporate KPIs including Sustainability award, Green Mark certification, etc
Responsibilities - Responsible for the Data Centre planning, operation and maintenance to ensure that the Data Centres are equipped to deliver its short and mid-term’s objectives in the most cost effective and simplified manner, namely, resource efficiency and sustainability framework.
- Lead the team and all other stake holders to implement and execute the approved strategy in a timely and proper manner.
- Formulate work plans for the optimal running of the Data Centre and manage the execution of all such work plans to meet the approved strategy objectives.
- Lead the Data Centre facilities team to operate/maintain 100% availability for the Data Centre facility with compliance to agreed SLAs, Legal, Budget, Audit requirements and ensure satisfactory customer experience at all times. This includes project planning, design and implementation.
- Lead and ensure smooth 24x7 running of the operations in the data centre
- Oversees and manages all onsite operational incidents and major issues, including any change management activities
- Manages all critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated to Data Centre environment (ie. M&E, fire safety, plumbing, ACMV)
- Generate and provide periodic reports for management review and meetings
- Reviews and approves justified spendings in compliance to Procurement Policy for replacement parts, equipment, etc and supports vendor evaluations
- Formulate and execute approved preventive maintenance program on an ongoing basis
- Lead in incident and change management to minimise impact to customer services
- Review the safe work responsibilities and ensure strict adherence to the safety requirements, procedures, laws and regulations
- Lead all facility management/data centre related certifications and implements related compliance for both internal and external customers
- Develop and review all policies, SOPs and Emergency Operating Procedures, implement service improvement programs
- Lead the team to explore and implement new technologies and processes to improve the efficiency in the Data Centre.
- Any other duties or project as assigned by the Management
Qualifications
An appropriate qualification in Engineering, with at least 15years of relevant experiences in a 24x7 critical infrastructure/ DC/ telco environment
Demonstrated experiences in managing and mentoring a team of Engineers/ Specialists to achieve strategic and operational goals
Possesses relevant DC and/or FM related certifications, such as CDCP, CDCS
Familiar with certifications standards, such as BCM LEED Gold, ISO 2000 / 22301 / 27001, TIA 942, Uptime Institute Tier III, Green Mark, etc
Hands-on experiences and knowledge in M&E and building related systems, eg CRAU, chillers, PDU, UPS, Switch Gears Ops, DX cooling, Network structure cabling, Security
Lead major DC activities during non-office hours where appropriate
Proven stakeholder/ vendor management skills and collaboration abilities with cross functional teams

Site Operations
The Site Operations Department is responsible for the performance of mechanical and electrical systems, building maintenance, and the support of data modules within our data centers. This team is the face of Vantage to our customers, responsible for business continuity and striving for operational excellence.
About The Opportunity
Critical Facility Operations teams manage our buildings and ensure best-in-class data center services for our customers. These teams comprise of Critical Facility Engineers who are Vantage’s front-line for managing critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure operations. Providing best-in-class services requires in depth plant equipment knowledge, and proficiency in critical facility management processes including change, incident and problem management.
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Critical Facility Operations teams. This role will be crucial for providing site teams insight into their operational performance, providing business leaders data on areas of focus and improving team’s awareness and alignment to defined business processes. The Business Intelligence Analyst will work with stakeholders to define and build reporting products that support training, operational KPIs, business SLAs and process compliance. A key reporting focus will be on workflows based upon the Service Now platform, specifically focusing on Work Orders, Change, and Incident module usage. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, experience in data and metrics development, and proficiency in Power BI. Experience with Software as a service type platform data would be beneficial but not mandatory.
About You
Ideally you will have these skills, qualifications, and characteristics:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a business intelligence or data analyst with a focus on report and dashboard creation
Strong proficiency in Power BI or equivalent platform for data visualization and reporting building.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data center or IT operations environment.
Experience with data collection, sanitization, and metric development.
Exceptional quantitative, analytical skills with the ability to exercise clear and sound judgement, while demonstrating solid problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail and a High level of accuracy in written materials.
Able to adapt quickly, demonstrating a can-do attitude
Experience with Service Now or a related SaaS platform is a plus but not required.
Your Duties And Responsibilities
Key aspects:
Develop and maintain business metrics to monitor the usage and efficiency of various workflows. Create reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into performance and track adherence to processes.
Manage the collection and sanitization of data related to operational processes and KPIs. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.
Assist Critical Facility Operations teams in understanding and adhering to business expectations by reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to processes workflows.
Supporting the collection of availability and operational data. Ensuring operational compliance of Site Operations, tracking against targets, reviewing and improving team performance
Track and analyse performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and process adherence.
Establish a structured approach to reporting standards and effectiveness to enable better business outcomes and improve regional collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
Conduct detailed business analysis to understand the operational needs and challenges of Critical Facility Operations teams. Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data center operations and business analysis. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and tools used by the Critical Facility Operations teams
Support our business strategies and standardisation of systems and processes, and process improvements in reporting capabilities
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly documented, understood, communicated, planned and within the design of the system or process solutions and provide updates on milestones.
Contribute towards improved business process maturity by identifying and prioritising improvement projects and implement changes to processes and operations to improve data capture
Travel is expected to be less than 5%, occasionally for training purposes.
