Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care

This position involves working with the nursing team to deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures.

We are looking for a skilled nurse who can assist in providing high-quality patient care, including admission, transfer, and discharge processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing patient care activities such as monitoring, documenting, and reporting patients' conditions and progress.

In addition, the Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care will prepare equipment for ward-based procedures and provide perioperative care, as well as perform basic cardiac life support and attend to patients' care needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Recognised Enrolled Nurse Certificate or equivalent, have at least 2 years of working experience in an acute setting, and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
