Real-Time Incident Response
- Act as global incident commander during critical high-impact crises, coordinating timely, effective responses

Integrated Assurance Framework / Risk Management
- Support in the implementation and operationalization of IAF Framework group wide.
- Proactive engagement with stakeholders on evolving risk within each division translating high risk areas into BCP

MUST HAVE:
- Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics or Business-related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in in business continuity and/or risk management in multinational corporation or consulting firm
- Experience in global or regional role, preferably in shipping, logistics, or large-scale operations will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of business continuity and risk frameworks (e.g ISO 22301, 31000, COSO) and best practices

Job Description:
The Regional Security and Crisis Management role will report into the Senior Director, E&PS APAC Regional Lead and will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of J&J's personnel, assets and operations within the region. Covers 10 countries and 31 'In-Scope Sites' + On Demand Sites if required.
Acting as the security domain expert within the regional E&PS organization, using their expertise to support the development and implementation of regional and site security strategies, aligned to the J&J Global Security strategies, standards and policies, and ensure a coordinated and effective response to potential incidents.
Maximising their communication and customer leadership skills, the individual will foster partnerships between E&PS, Global Security and security Partners to drive alignment across the organization and enable J&J to effectively respond to a constantly changing security landscape
Supporting crisis management efforts in region, taking a proactive role in identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity during times of potential disruption. Working closely with customers across J&J to develop and implement effective response plans, ensuring the organization is well-prepared to navigate potential crises. The role will guide response efforts to contain incidents as they arise and will conduct detailed post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned, improve future preparedness, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Security ( Approximate Percentage of Time 70%):
- Partner with Global Security and E&PS security peers to develop the Regional security partnership strategies
- Input into security training strategy and programs developed by the J&J Global Security team
- Provide regional oversight of security contract and vendor management activities.
- Partner closely with Global Security, who own the overall security strategy, standards and business engagement regarding their introduction and compliance, to ensure timely dissemination, understanding and execution of new/updated security policies, standards and risk ratings within the FM organization
- Partner with regional security provider to identify and develop innovative ideas
- Identification and development of insights for security related trends, including their impact on the organization and services required
- Provide SME support to FM regional organization for contractor governance, performance management and continuous improvement
- Ensure risk assessments and event root cause analysis are performed according to J&J Global Security Standards
- Partner with Security provider, Global Security and E&PS timely for closure of corrective and preventive actions
- Provide SME support the FM regional organization to develop and implement regional partnership implementation strategies
- Act as the regional E&PS security SME to provide input and support all key site service delivery management activities including issue escalation
- Work with organizational peers to share lessons learned, best practice insights and regional trends
Crisis Management (Approximate Percentage of Time 30% ):
- During crisis events, crisis management responsibilities will supersede security-related duties
- Lead Regional CMT meetings, establish clear decision-making processes and action management, establish mechanisms to gather real-time information during a crisis and update on activity to RCMT, GCMT and senior leaders as appropriate
- Participation as a Core CMT member for all activated LCMTs to guide and introduce Regional SME support to address emerging critical issues
- Lead After Action Reviews (AAR) to recognise and address lessons learned for all deactivated CMTs and other ongoing CMT activity in Region to enable continuous improvement of crisis management protocols
- In collaboration with CM PMO, support proactive development of threat specific crisis management strategies to prepare for anticipated risks in region, including resource allocation and training as required
- Partner with the Core Regional CMT (E&PS Regional Lead, Global Security Regional, Lead, One HR Regional Lead, Global Corporate Affairs Regional Lead and ISRM Regional Lead) during active crises to agree live crisis management approach
- Lead assessment of reported incidents and threats with Core Regional CMT to determine realized or potential impacts to the company that may necessitate activation of a CMT. Communicating recommended response to reported incidents to Regional CMT and senior leaders.
- Lead socialization and training events to roll out updated CM Playbook in Region
- Maintain a digital registry of CMT networks for all markets/sub-regions and sites in Region and lead ongoing training program to maintain capability (i.e. new CMT members)
- Ensure standard application of the J&J Crisis Management process, resources and digital tools in running crisis across the region in connection with the CM PMO
- Participate in quarterly Crisis Council Governance process to review crisis response effectiveness in preparedness strategies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or other relevant qualification/s (e.g. Associate's Degree, Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Certified Physical Security Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner, Crisis Management Certifications.)
- 10+ years of related experience in a security management role, preferably within a global organization
- Experience in developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures
- Proven experience in security operations, including conducting risk assessments, incident response, corporate investigations, root cause analysis, and leading after-action reviews to identify and mitigate future risks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full proficiency in English
- Experience in crisis management planning, response, and recovery preferred
- Preferred Related Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical, (Petro)Chemical, Medtech, Private Security
