Job DescriptionThe Social Work Associate (SWA) assists in providing interventions and programmes, performing community development work, and upholding professionalism in social work. The SWA also helps coordinate casework, group work, and community development activities and programmes; supports community events and performs administrative tasks. The individual also works as part of a collaborative team with other agencies and ministries in the course of their work.
