We're partnering with a fast-growing fintech company in the B2B financing space to hire a Credit Risk Lead . This is a high-impact role focused on building and scaling credit risk infrastructure for SME and enterprise clients across the region.
You'll play a key role in shaping credit strategy, designing underwriting workflows, and managing portfolio risk. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with credit decisioning tools, and a deep understanding of SME/enterprise lending across Southeast Asia.
Requirements:
At least 5-8+ years' experience in credit risk, commercial lending, or trade finance, preferably within a fintech or B2B lending environment.
Solid understanding of SME/enterprise financials, industry benchmarks, and credit assessment models.
Experience using credit scoring tools, financial statement analysis, and external data
Comfortable working with product and tech teams on automation and workflow design.
Familiarity with open banking APIs, ERP data, and decision engines is an advantage.
SQL or BI tool skills are a bonus.
