**Purpose of the role**
+ Responsible to assist the Team Lead for the daily supervision of the Documentation Team and ensuring that independent check and control crosschecking of credit documentations to the Bank's System prior to facility set-up.
+ To ensure proper preparation of facility letters/agreements.
+ To ensure close follow-up on due dates of the credit/collateral documents control.
+ To ensure proper follow-up on pending items.
+ Crosschecking of control reports to Front office, Management and Head Office.
+ To fulfill all (including but not limited to) responsibilities set out below.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to the development of the department's strategy; ensuring contributions are aligned with the broader MUFG strategy and business plan
+ Co-work with Relationship Managers to ensure the credit and collateral documents are properly executed by customer prior to facility set-up.
+ Teach, guide and support the junior staff in the team
+ Ensure timely crosschecking of credit and collateral documents in line with credit approvals prior to facility set-up including crosschecking and approval of credit documents information into RWS-CDCS.
+ Ensure that all basic required documentations are collected or pend.
+ Daily monitoring of customer's shares/fixed deposits breaches and expired documents and escalate any exceptions for further investigation.
+ To approve execution in G-BOSS-FD module on the control of pledged deposits.
+ Preparation of facility letter/agreement.
+ Crosscheck of daily and monthly control reports to Front office, Management and Head Office.
+ Responsible for assisting in new product assessments and update of workflows and processes for the team.
+ To have access authority to Secom control, vault door and grill gate of CA's Other Document Vault.
+ To perform signature verification by accessing Sign Plus - SVS.
+ Support internal and external audits for documents required.
+ Lead and managed projects for the department and support HOD on bigger projects.
+ Suggest and enhance existing workflows to achieve team and department efficiency.

+ At least 3 years of credit documentation experience
+ Degree qualified

Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current processes and ensure alignment with policy.

Ensure all verification activities are conducted with a strong understanding of risk concepts and credit frameworks.
Job Requirements

Credit Administration & Reporting team responsible for verification of credit compliance checks for marked-to-market revaluation based on trigger threshold and covenants clauses as reflected in the facility agreement.
Perform marked-to-market against financial collateral for limit adjustment
Review facility agreement to ensure that covenants / conditions (i.e. financial covenants, time-dependent covenants, security covenants and Environmental, Social and Governance conditions) are correctly input for verification.
Perform verification of covenants for compliance
Validate the supporting documents (such as financial statement, green certificate, sustainability compliance certificate etc)
Prepare management report and participate in process review, projects etc
Qualifications
