Responsibilities
Strategic Creative Operations: Develop and implement comprehensive creative services strategies aligned with business objectives
Design and optimize end-to-end creative workflows, from briefing to delivery
Establish standardized processes for project management, quality control, and client communication
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance creative production capabilities
Resource & Capacity Management: Oversee strategic resource planning and allocation across multiple creative teams and projects
Develop forecasting models for resource utilization and capacity planning
Manage talent acquisition and workforce planning for creative services
Implement resource optimization strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability
Lead strategic vendor relationship management and supplier diversity initiatives
Develop comprehensive vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance management frameworks
Negotiate contracts and establish SLAs with key creative partners and suppliers
Build and maintain a curated network of specialized creative vendors and freelancers
Business Intelligence & Performance: Establish creative services dashboards and reporting systems for executive leadership
Conduct data-driven analysis to identify operational improvements and cost optimization opportunities
Lead market research and competitive analysis to benchmark operational performance
Present strategic recommendations and business cases to senior leadership
Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner with account leadership to ensure operational excellence in client delivery
Develop client-facing operational processes and service standards
Manage escalated operational issues and implement corrective action plans
Contribute to new business pitches with operational insights and capability demonstrations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field required
Minimum 4-7 years of progressive experience in creative operations, project management, or agency operations
Experience in communications, advertising, or marketing agencies strongly preferred
Expert-level skills in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with creative production tools and digital asset management systems
Understanding of creative workflows, production processes, and industry standards
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
