- Promote skills upgrading amongst working adults through development and facilitation of professional workshops and continuing education training programmes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Connector
- Identify and establish strategic external partnerships (influencer, collectives, artists etc.) to collaborate on creating assets with Brand Communications team
Content Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Identify storytelling opportunities to build brand identity and strengthen community engagement.
- Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
Content Creation & Curation
- Oversee the production of engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, videos, and campaign visuals.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and stylists to create visually compelling narratives.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s aesthetic, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, etc.), ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Work with the marketing team to amplify content through paid media, influencer partnerships, and collaborations.
- Monitor trends, competitor content, and audience behavior to refine strategies and stay ahead in the fashion industry.
SEO & Performance Analysis
- Implement SEO best practices to improve content discoverability and organic traffic.
- Track content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing on content formats, headlines, and visuals to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, e-commerce, and PR teams to align messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Support fashion shows, launches, and activations by creating pre-event buzz and post-event content recaps
Budget Management & Other Adhoc Duties
- Review content budget allocations and expenses closely with producers
- Project yearly creative budget needs according to business needs
- Support the team with any ad-hoc projects assigned by superior
REQUIREMENTS
- Creative, Communications or Marketing Degree or related disciplines
- Preferable with at least 6 years’ experience in the fashion industry
- Proficient in copy writing, and full of inspirations and creative juice
- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills

- Provide analytical support and conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide support to the Strategy Manager in evaluating potential uses cases in the digital manufacturing space.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy development, project management, consulting roles within the manufacturing industry or Fab operations.
- Strong understanding of digital manufacturing technologies, including AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, and Automation.
- Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and drive execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and Fab leaders.
- Excellent knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
