Your New Role As the Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the execution of creative campaigns, content shoots, retail activations, and brand collaborations. Key Responsibilities 1. Creative & Content Production
Lead end-to-end production of photoshoots, videos, and social media content.

Oversee post-production timelines and ensure asset quality and rights compliance.

3. Collaborations & Special Projects

Support consignment projects including sample coordination and partner communication.
4. Budgeting & Contract Management
Own production budgets from planning to reconciliation.
Negotiate vendor rates and manage service agreements.
Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure timely payments and contract compliance.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the production lead across departments including Marketing, Creative, Retail, PR, and Legal.
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.

6. Workflow Optimization
Define and implement best practices for production workflows.
Oversee post-production schedules and ensure timely handover of assets to relevant channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of production experience in fashion, creative agency, or brand-side roles.
At least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Proven experience in managing both digital and physical productions.
Strong understanding of contracts, supplier terms, and production legalities.
Established network of vendors, stylists, and freelance creatives.

i. Provide videography and photography support for the organization’s internal and external communications (e.g. social media, pre-production, production, and post-production). May be deployed to take photographs and videos within secured facilities in close proximity to individuals in custody.
ii. Independently set up and dismantle media equipment for outdoor shoots.
iii. Follow up on production and post-production tasks after covering events.
iv. Conduct stock-taking and assist in inventory audits of digital media equipment.
v. Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of all digital media equipment currently in inventory.
vi. Ensure that equipment loaned to digital media representatives is in working condition.
vii. Ensure Handing-Over-and-Taking-Over (HOTO) forms are properly completed for equipment issued and returned.

ix. Maintain digital media workstations in good working condition and ensure they are cleared after use.
x. Support the digital media needs and requirements of the organization, including administrative tasks such as locating digital assets and managing digital files and equipment inventory.
xi. Photography duties will include prolonged periods of standing and walking within secured facility environments.
Required Qualifications
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
- Personnel with at least 10 years of prior experience within the organization will be preferred, as this experience supports capturing and organizing media with heritage value and working comfortably in secure environments
- Minimum academic qualification of at least 5 O-Level subject passes (including English)
