We are seeking a talented Creative Problem Solver to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for developing innovative concepts and bringing them to life through various visual mediums.
Responsibilities:
Brief clients on design style, format, print production, and timescales while working closely with them to understand their needs and expectations.
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites, ensuring that they meet the required standards and aesthetic appeal.
Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, as well as font style and size, to create visually appealing designs.
Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief and review final layouts, suggesting improvements if necessary.
Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, animators, and videographers to produce high-quality work that meets client expectations.
Create layouts for magazines, including typography, columns, and final artwork, demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling.
Perform simple digital image editing and touch-ups when necessary.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of design principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
