- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in graphic/multimedia design, with at least 2 years in a managerial/project management role
- Strong versatile portfolio showcasing branding, storytelling, layout, and campaign execution
- Understanding of Out-of-Home (OOH) media and advertising environments
- Strong artistic flair and visual judgement, with a keen eye for detail and brand-aligned visual storytelling
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Proficiency in 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3DS Max - including modeling, texturing, basic rigging, and camera animation
- Familiarity with print production terminology and process
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects for short-form digital content
- Familiarity with photography principles and photo editing
- Solid understanding of product design principles, including layout, scale, and format adaptation across physical and digital environments
- Strong project and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising quality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency

- Prepare schematic M&E drawings for PE endorsement.

Design Coordination:
- Monitor off-site production for compliance with design details and material specification.

Handover:
- Pre-handover inspection with team, client, and mall.
- Prepare and submit as-built drawings to mall after project completion.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in interior design / architecture.
- At least two years in relevant field.
- Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients.
- Organized, able to manage time, independent under minor supervision.
- Able to work under tight deadline.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical drawing to draw plans, elevations and three-dimensional drawings.
