- Reports directly to the Head of Nursing.
- Assists with delivering training for new support care staff in office-based and home-based settings.
- Provides orientation, onboarding, and competency training for all new hires.
- Works closely with Heads of Department, Clinical staff, and Senior Trainers to execute elaborate care plans.
- Ensures strict adherence to established care plans by support care staff.
- Conducts house visits/training/calls for clients and Live-In Caregivers when they encounter challenges or difficulties.
- Monitors the well-being of Live-In Caregivers during hostel visits and ensures their accommodation is suitable.
- Checks on the safety and well-being of foreign support care staff during regular HDB visits.
- Manages inventory for the training department, including receiving stock, monthly updates, and distributing supplies.
- Updates foreign support care staff contact numbers in the respective system.
- NITEC in Nursing.
- Previous experience in acute and/or community care sectors is advantageous.
- Prior experience as a trainer in a nursing setting is advantageous.
- Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is required due to teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT systems.
- Good attitude, able to work independently and initiative driven.
- Only Singaporean and PR candidates are considered.
