- Three to five years industry working experience in the field of design, sustainability, architecture, built environment, or in the field of training and education.
- Strong interest in lifelong learning and development, where a certified adult educator would be an added advantage.
- Good visual communication and graphic presentation software skills.
- Working knowledge of learning management systems (WizLearn, Canvas), and competent ability to present, facilitate, and administer online learning.
- Working knowledge in media and video editing with animation skills, including operating basic AV system (projectors, mics, etc.) in theatrette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel with fluency in Pivot Tables, virtual conferencing/meeting platforms such as Zoom, authoring software (iSpring, 360 articulate), and open-source applications relevant to course development workflows.
